印尼电商监管升级：新规要求平台拒绝无证卖家入驻，六个月过渡期后强制关停

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">印尼政府正大幅收紧电商平台监管，依据2026年第19号贸易部长条例，所有电商平台即日起必须拒绝未取得营业执照或商业识别号码（NIB）的商户注册，已入驻但未持证卖家须在六个月内完成合法化手续，期间店铺可被标注“正在办理合法化手续”，逾期未合规者平台必须终止其交易权限并限制访问；新规填补了2023年旧条例缺乏平台执法机制的空白，明确平台对卖家资质负有审核与清理责任，要求营业执照至少须包含NIB及符合商品技术标准，此举将迫使大量依赖个人身份开店、无实体资质的中小跨境卖家加速办理印尼本地证照或与合规本土实体合作，否则将面临被主流平台清退的风险。</div>
