<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">近期海关总署明确要求凡通过电商平台向境外销售商品、含经中国邮政发货的跨境卖家，须前往"中国国际贸易单一窗口"完成海关注册登记，与此同时OZON后台及部分货代同步通知使用邮政轻小件渠道的卖家须在约两周内完成9610（跨境电商直购出口）出口备案，逾期未备案将面临邮政渠道被暂停发货的风险；9610是跨境电商B2C直购出口的标准监管方式，以往大量邮政小包走非备案路径，此番海关与平台同步施压标志邮政渠道合规化提速，建议OZON俄罗斯方向卖家即刻登录单一窗口核实现有企业海关注册状态，并确认合作货代是否支持9610申报模式，尽早完成双向备案以免耽误大促期正常出运。</div>
