亚马逊美国站7月8日起强推CPSC证书电子申报，FBA受管制消费品清关前须先提交

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">亚马逊美国站近日通知全体FBA卖家，自2026年7月8日起，所有发往美国运营中心且属于美国消费品安全委员会（CPSC）监管范围的进口消费品——含儿童用品、服装、部分电子产品及家居用品等——须在货物抵达海关前，通过CBP的ACE系统或CPSC官方产品注册系统完成《合格证书（GCC/CPC）》相关数据的电子申报，取代以往随货附带或事后抽查的模式，未按期申报将导致清关延误或货件被拒，外贸区（FTZ）进口商品宽限至2027年1月8日执行；卖家可登录CPSC官网使用"Regulatory Robot"工具核验所售ASIN是否属受管制品类，若属之需提前备妥产品ID、适用法规引用代码、制造日期与地点、测试日期及实验室信息、联系人等七项资料并委托报关行预录，建议涉品类卖家于7月8日前完成类目排查与证书数据归档，以免影响旺季入仓节奏。</div>
