美客多巴西物流系统升级出错致商品"被缺货"，部分卖家月销售额腰斩拟起诉

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">拉美电商平台美客多（Mercado Libre）自2026年3月底在巴西逐步上线名为"multiestoques（多库存）"的新库存同步系统，旨在自动打通卖家自有仓、Full履约仓及Flex当日达仓的库存数据，但系统切换过程中因软件漏洞导致部分仓库库存无法被正确识别，商品频繁显示"缺货"或"无法配送至该地区"，造成圣保罗、里约热内卢等至少8个州的卖家在4月至5月初出现订单锐减甚至完全停售，个别卖家月销售额从50万雷亚尔跌至20万雷亚尔，目前已有15—20名受影响商家委托律师准备起诉平台索赔损失；美客多回应称问题属"个例"且现已修复，建议跨境及本土卖家若经营美客多巴西站Full/Flex模式，近期留意后台库存读取状态，必要时手动调整账户设置或联系客服核查，避免隐性断售。</div>
