巴西ANATEL电信产品进口新规5月25日生效，仅持证方可进口已认证设备

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">巴西国家电信管理局（ANATEL）第18.086号法令于2026年5月25日正式全面生效，对需ANATEL认证的电信及射频设备（含手机、路由器、蓝牙/Wi-Fi设备、物联网模块、天线等）进口规则作出重大调整：样品仅限用于符合性测试且数量严格受控（通常3–10台），超额部分须待正式证书签发后方可放行，严禁销售或赠送；已获证产品的商业化进口权仅授予ANATEL证书原始持有人（须为巴西本土公司）或其法定代表，一般贸易商、分销商及跨境电商卖家禁止直接进口，产品须加贴含证书编号的不可移除认证标志，报关时须在DUIMP单附加信息栏填报完整证书编号并接受海关与ANATEL数据库实时比对，信息不符将扣货、退运或销毁；中国出口企业需立即自查产品是否属管控范围，尽快绑定巴西本土持证方完成认证及标识合规，避免货物被扣及订单流失。</div>
