<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">美国司法部于2026年5月19日宣布对中集集团（CIMC）、东方国际集装箱（DFIC）、新华昌集团（CXIC）、胜狮货柜（Singamas）四家占据全球标准干货集装箱约95%产能的中国企业及七名高管提起刑事诉讼，指控其自2019年至2024年间合谋限制产量、操纵价格违反《谢尔曼反托拉斯法》，称此举令集装箱价格在近年内翻倍、部分企业利润暴增近百倍，若罪名成立每家企业面临最高1亿美元罚金；胜狮货柜一名高管今年4月在法国被捕待引渡，其余涉案人员暂未到案，中集集团公告称尚未收到正式法律文件、经营正常，胜狮货柜亦表示业务运作不受影响，此案折射出海运集装箱定价与供给长期缺乏透明度，跨境卖家需关注后续国际合规与运价波动风险。</div>
